Orders & Fulfillment

Tracklify

Order tracking that keeps customers on your storefront

After checkout, most stores hand their customer to a courier’s tracking page and lose the most-visited page of the whole purchase. Tracklify puts that page on your domain, in your design, with the carrier data normalised behind it

What it is

The most-visited page you do not own

A customer checks tracking three to five times per order. On a typical store every one of those visits happens on a carrier’s website, wrapped in a carrier’s branding, next to a carrier’s advertising.

Same data, your page

Tracklify reads the fulfilment and its tracking number, pulls the carrier status, and renders it as a page on your own domain using your theme’s type and colour.

  • Tracking page on your domain, not the carrier’s
  • Carrier statuses normalised to one vocabulary
  • Styled from your theme rather than configured separately
  • Works for guests without an account

Features

What Tracklify does

One page, done properly, plus the messages around it.

Branded tracking page

Your domain, your type, your colours. Built as a theme surface rather than an embedded iframe from someone else’s app.

Status normalisation

Carriers describe the same events differently. Tracklify maps them to one vocabulary so the page reads consistently whoever is carrying the parcel.

Proactive delay notifications

When a parcel stops moving for longer than its lane normally takes, the customer hears from you before they open a ticket. The support saving is the point; the goodwill is the bonus.

  • Delay detected
  • Customer told first
  • Ticket avoided

Post-purchase upsell slot

A tracking page is visited repeatedly by someone who has already bought and is already thinking about the order. A single merchandising slot there outperforms most placements on the site, and it only exists if you own the page.

  • Own the page
  • Own the moment
  • Own the next order

Multi-carrier and multi-parcel

Split shipments show as separate parcels on one order rather than as one confusing timeline.

Tracking analytics

Which lanes run late, which carriers generate the most repeat checks, and what the upsell slot returns.

How it works

How it works

01

Install and match your theme

Tracklify reads your theme’s type, colour and radius tokens so the page looks like the rest of the store on the first load.

02

Fulfilments flow in

When an order is fulfilled with a tracking number, the page exists. Nothing to trigger and nothing to configure per order.

03

Carrier status is normalised

Raw carrier events are mapped to one vocabulary, so "in transit" means the same thing whoever is carrying it.

Customers get told about delays

A parcel that stalls past its normal lane time triggers a message before the customer thinks to chase it.

Two decisions that make the difference

Owning the page and telling people first. Everything else on this app follows from those two.

A theme surface, not an iframe

Most tracking apps render inside an iframe or on a subdomain they control. That is faster to ship and it is why those pages never quite look like the store around them. Tracklify renders as part of your theme.

  • Your domain, so the URL is not a giveaway
  • Your theme tokens, so it matches without a second design pass
  • Indexable and shareable rather than sealed in a frame
  • Section-based, so the layout is yours to change

Delay messages that reduce tickets

"Where is my order" is the most common support ticket in ecommerce and almost all of it is anxiety rather than a real problem. Telling the customer before they ask converts a ticket into a notification.

  • Lane-aware: a delay is measured against normal for that route
  • One message per event, not a stream
  • Sent on the channel the customer chose
  • Support volume reported so the saving is visible

FAQ

Tracklify questions, answered

Tracklify is a Shopify order tracking app that turns the post-purchase wait into a branded experience you own. It gives you a real-time tracking page on your own domain, automatic email and SMS updates at every shipment milestone, and shipping analytics on carrier performance, in one post-purchase suite.

When an order is fulfilled with a tracking number, Tracklify picks up the carrier and number, pulls the live tracking events, normalises them into one status vocabulary, and renders the result as a page on your storefront. Nothing needs triggering per order, and customers see the same five stages regardless of which carrier is carrying the parcel.

Over 1,100 carriers worldwide, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, DPD and GLS, alongside regional and last-mile couriers. Where a carrier has no public tracking feed, the page still shows the order and its packages and links out rather than inventing a timeline.

Yes. Choose from Traditional, Modern and Custom templates, apply unlimited themes, and set your own logo and colours. The page runs on your domain with no redirect to a third-party tracking site, so every visit stays on your brand — and shoppers check tracking four to five times per order.

Yes. Automatic email and SMS go out at every shipment status — shipped, out for delivery, delivered — using on-brand templates. Notifications are the mechanism that stops a WISMO ticket before it is written, because the customer is told before they think to ask.

Yes. Tracking events can be pushed into Klaviyo or Omnisend so shipping messages run inside the flows you already maintain, or Tracklify can send them natively if you would rather not add another tool. It also integrates with Shopify Flow, Shopify Admin and customer accounts.

That is the main reason stores install it. Most “where is my order” contacts are anxiety rather than a real problem, so a proactive status message plus a tracking page the customer can check themselves removes the reason to open a ticket at all.

Yes. Product recommendations can be shown on the tracking page, which is visited repeatedly by someone who has already bought and is already thinking about their order. Tracklify also reports the revenue attributed to that placement, so the slot is measured rather than assumed.

Carrier performance and on-time rate, average transit time, transit time broken down by lane, and exception hotspots — the data you need to fix recurring delays and renegotiate carrier SLAs with evidence. Revenue attributed to the tracking page is reported alongside it.

Yes, on paid plans. Estimated delivery dates can be shown pre-purchase, to set expectations before checkout, and post-purchase on the tracking page, where the estimate updates as the parcel moves.

Yes. An order shipped in several packages shows each one separately, with its own carrier, status and estimated delivery, rather than being flattened into one confusing timeline. The customer can switch between packages on the same page.

Yes. The tracking page and notification templates are translatable: one language on Free, five on Starter, and unlimited languages on Growth and Pro. Customers get shipping updates in the language they bought in.

No. Shopify’s order status page is part of checkout and stays exactly where it is. Tracklify is the page customers return to over the following days, which is a different visit with different intent — and the one the carrier would otherwise own.

Yes. An order number with an email address or postcode is enough, which is what most customers have to hand. Tracklify also works with Shopify customer accounts where shoppers do log in.

Install, pick a template, add your logo and colours, and the tracking page is live — there is no code to write. The page is a theme app extension for Online Store 2.0 themes, so it drops into any modern theme; an older theme needs a small manual install, which we will do for you.

Free covers 10 shipments a month. Starter is $19.99 a month for 500 shipments, Growth is $59.99 for 2,500, and Pro is $149.99 for 5,000, with roughly 20% off on annual billing and overage rates beyond your plan. Billing runs through Shopify, so it appears on your Shopify invoice.

Tracklify reads orders, fulfilments, products and customer contact details to render tracking and send notifications, and needs online store editing rights to place the tracking page. Fulfilment and tracking records are deleted on uninstall; anything already in Shopify stays in Shopify.
